As a family-owned company we are always seeking ways to support those in the local community that need a helping hand. We’re delighted to have started working with Level Trust and help provide winter coats to kids who really need them.
Ryebridge have supported the Prince’s Trust Get Into programme with placements on the Aviation scheme. We will soon be welcoming our first Construction scheme participants and hope they will continue our tradition of then joining us full-time.
Ryebridge are a relatively young business but have established their roots in Luton and have made a commitment towards being a part of what is an exciting future for the town. We recognise the proud history, cultural diversity and the huge potential that exists within Luton and have endeavoured to tap into this via local recruitment and a desire to utilise local resources.
Ryebridge also look to reinvest back into the town by forming associations with local charities and educational establishments along with developing and training our local employees in order to fulfil their career potential.
The experience gained from successfully delivering an infrastructure maintenance service for Luton Airport, has presented an ideal platform on which Ryebridge can build an increased commitment to the community and development of the town.
Did you know?
Most of our workforce is drawn from the Luton community. We’re proud to have three generations of one family all working for us (and we’re sponsoring the youngest through his university degree course).
Several of our senior staff joined us in labouring roles and have developed over the years into highly competent leaders, responsible for multi-million pound construction projects.
We look after our employees above and beyond our statutory requirements, recognising that a motivated and committed and skilled workforce simply delivers better results.
We have an active programme of supporting local charity initiatives – and if there’s a cycle ride or football tournament then we’re definitely up for it!
